Internal Regulations/Rules of Residence

The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out is until 11:and check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00. Exceptions may be made subject to prior approval by the hotel management.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 08:30 to 10:00.

It is forbidden to bring food into the hotel.

When food or drinks are brought into the restaurant, a fee will be charged, which will be on the type of item brought in.

Leave your valuables and documents in the safe at reception. Items left unattended in the room or on the property are the guest’s responsibility.

Protect hotel property and observe fire safety regulations. Before leaving your room, close windows and doors, turn off water taps, turn off electrical appliances. The guest shall compensate the hotel in full for the value of the damaged property.

On the territory of the hotel and the restaurant there is a video surveillance system (except for the toilets and the hotel rooms). By staying in the hotel or restaurant, you agree to the video surveillance.

The use of electrical appliances in the hotel is prohibited except as permitted.

Giving access to third parties is prohibited. The transmission of a key is prohibited.

It is forbidden to bring flammable materials into the rooms.

It is forbidden to bring and store materials and objects dangerous to the health and life of others.

It is forbidden to move or remove furniture from the rooms.

It is absolutely prohibited to import, use, distribute narcotics and their analogues. It is absolutely forbidden to enter, stay and stay on the territory of the complex of persons under the influence of alcohol.

Are parties allowed in hotel rooms and suites? Parties are not allowed in the hotel rooms and suites to ensure the peaceful stay of our guests. If it is exceeded, the stay will be considered a party. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, the hotel has a quiet policy between the hours of 22:00 – 08:00.

No pets allowed in the hotel or restaurant outside the designated areas and without the express permission of the manager.

  • How do I make a reservation?

  • How do I guarantee reservation?

In order to guarantee reservation, you must have transferred a minimum of 50% deposit of the total reservation value to our bank account (here give the account and company details) within 7 working days after the is confirmed by us. The rest of the amount is payable upon check-in.

  • What is your policy on placement?

Children up to 5 years of (inclusive) at the check-in date stay free of charge in their parents’ room. The hotel provides free baby cots upon request.

For children aged between 6 and 13 years at the time of check-in, there is a surcharge of 50% of the rate. They are accommodated on a sofa bed or on the beds available in the room.

Children over 14 are charged as adults.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

We are happy to accept pets of small and medium breeds (up to 10 kg). The additional cleaning fee is 30 BGN per night. Please note that pets are only allowed in some of our . If you wish to arrive with a pet, you must inform the hotel at least 24 hours
prior to your arrival and he must be immunized, microchipped, have a passport, established hygiene habits and be non-aggressive.

  • Do you have parking?

Yes, we provide free parking for the duration of the reservation. Our car parks are within a radius of 150 metres and are unguarded. You will be directed where to park, you cannot reserve a specific parking space.

  • What time is check-in at the hotel?

Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00. Exceptionally, we can check you in earlier if we have the possibility. Our reception is open until 20:00. To check in after this time, you must give us at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Is ID required for registration?
    Yes, a valid photo ID or passport is required for check-in.

Every day from 8:30 to 23:30.

  • Where and when is breakfast served?

  • What is your policy on umbrellas and sunbeds?

One umbrella and two sun loungers on the are included in the price of each room. You cannot reserve a specific umbrella or sun lounger.

  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas such as the hotel courtyard, room terraces and the restaurant. Smoking of e-cigarettes (Iqos; glo; vape) is also allowed indoors. A fine of BGN 400 applies for smoking in the room or all outside the smoke-free areas. The hotel administration may terminate the services of those guests who violate fire safety rules, smoke in unauthorized places and do not comply with legal requirements.

  • Do you have an iron and ironing board in the rooms?

If you need an iron or ironing board you can contact our colleagues at Reception and they will assist you in obtaining them.

Video surveillance is implemented in our facilities for the security and protection of our property and our guests. The CCTV system is located in the common areas of the hotel and in the restaurant. By using the services of the hotel and restaurant you agree to the CCTV.

Yes, we accept payments with all major debit and credit cards. In cash (BGN and EUR). The main payment is always in Bulgarian leva. The conversion of amounts into euros is at the fixed rate of the BNB.

  • In case of cancellation/change up to 14 days before the check-in date
